About Us
At O.C.H.S. we are implementing a concentrated effort for providing patient care, oversight, research, and ultimately a change of the trajectory of health in Our Community. We have started our movement with a strategy to incrementally decrease the 60% of yearly preventable deaths from High blood pressure, obesity, and diabetes in Our Community.
